One of the founder of Information Technology in India named as Hemanth Sonawala and also he is a Chairman of Hinditron Group was passed away on 30th May 2015 at an age of 78 years old. The first Industry and digital equipment Technology was started by Sonawala and he started Hinditron group in 1966 and later computer Division in 1971. He is a founder of Digital equipment Technology in India later it is named as a HP. the HP company was started in the year 1988 in India. Digital Equipment was the first Technology IPO in India.
The Hinditron Group is engaged in IT, Scientific Instrumentation and Telecommunication services in India. He had played a very important role in IT Industry in India. Apart from this he was also associated with the Computer Society Of India (CSI), Indo – American Chamber of Commerce, Federation of India Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), NASSCOM.
